The Pax Filter/Exhaust system is designed to evacuate steam and "mist" created in the die space due to heat and water soluble lubricants. The system is specially designed to adapt to the press and must be used in coordination with die door safety barriers.

Assembly includes stainless steel bracket, bracket mount nozzle body, selected spray tip, tip retainer, check valve, male elbow, 1/4-20 x 5/8 screws, and stainless steel washers. (Requires 1/4-20 tapped hole for mounting) Note: Assembly does not include tubing.

Spray nozzle assemblies include nozzle body, check valve, choice of spray tip, and tip retainer.

Each Pax Die Wash Tank is specifically designed for manual washing of dies. This die cleaning method requires the use of an overhead hoist system.

The Pax "paddle" style feed progression sensors allow a larger area of the sensor to make contact with the material. Included is the paddle, choice of a 4", 6", 8" or 10" stem and a clamp assembly.

Tankless system - five different manifold configurations (2, 6, 10, 14, and 6-6) with numbered pump positions. Select manifold size, number of pumps, and standard volume or high volume pumps. Also select the lubricant supply option. (Lubricant may be supplied through a direct pressure supply line)

The Pax Low Profile Conveyor is specifically designed for on-bolster, under-die part and scrap removal. The "low-profile" design enables it to fit where many conveyors will not. Designed by our own tool & die craftsmen, the conveyor is built to survive the rough metal stamping environment.
